      We  ship orders Mondays - Friday using USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. 

(Express mail is also available.) Orders should be received within 7business days of ship date . Your credit  card will not be charged until item is shipped. If an item is unavailable , you will be notified by email and you will not be charged. Shipping to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders. Confirmation :  We  will send you an email with your order reference number and tracking   number.       Delivery  is   not   available for   P.o. Boxes or Military APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Express Mail FOR ORDER OVER $600.00 IS FREE.

POSTAGE FOR GIFT CERTIFICATE CARDS ARE FREE.

RETURN POLICY

ANA'S TOUCH JEWELRY Will gladly accept returns for any purchase in its original condition  within  14  days of receipt,when accompanied with its proper documentation, and in its original package.          Every purchase is insured  for   the full amount of the item(s) in the shipment. A credit will be issued to your credit card account when we receive the return.
